The role involves a flexible work/life balance while maintaining a full-time effort in the field. You will be responsible for prospecting, conducting face-to-face cold calls, and enrolling new members into the organization. As a member of the NFIB sales team, you will meet small business owners through in-person prospecting without the need for appointment setting. You will memorize and utilize NFIB's proven 5-minute verbatim sales presentation, build quick rapport with potential clients, and deliver engaging presentations. Overcoming objections and closing sales will be key components of your responsibilities, along with processing payments on the spot. This position offers a W-2 structure with 100% commission, monthly and quarterly bonuses, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a matching 401k. Typical first-year earnings range from $80,000 to $90,000, with uncapped earning potential. NFIB has a strong track record, with 40% of the sales force earning six figures and the top 10% earning over $200,000. Additionally, you will receive three weeks of training pay at $1,200 per week or commission, whichever is greater, along with monthly mileage reimbursement.
