Falcon National Processing is a Kansas City-based business that is expanding its operations across the United States. We are currently seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling payment processing services and related products to business owners. Your primary focus will be to customize solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible service tailored to their business requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a team dedicated to providing affordable payment processing solutions to every merchant. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will engage with potential customers, presenting our services and demonstrating how they can benefit their businesses. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, setting follow-up appointments, and maintaining organized records of your interactions. Daily meetings with merchants will be essential to provide them with information about our products and services, and to ensure a seamless onboarding process. You will also be tasked with resolving customer inquiries and complaints, creating effective marketing strategies, and monitoring account performance to prevent any issues. This role is designed for self-motivated individuals who thrive in an independent work environment without the constraints of micromanagement. We offer uncapped commissions, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance. Responsibilities

  • Present and sell payment processing services and related products to business owners, customizing programs to cover a variety of solutions to meet the needs of every individual business.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers.
  • Set follow-up appointments and maintain organization in customer interactions.
  • Meet with merchants daily to provide information about how our products and services will benefit their business.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Create marketing strategies that attract customers.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed to establish processing accounts.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure a seamless account setup process.
  • Monitor notifications and alerts to prevent issues for merchants.
  • Seek new clients through networking and calling prospective clients weekly.

Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle for travel.
  • Computer or laptop for work.
