About the position

KeyTrak, a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales in the multi-family and automotive markets within an assigned territory. This role involves developing leads, managing customer accounts, and maintaining relationships while promoting the company's key control systems and software solutions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and disciplined, with a focus on achieving sales goals and becoming an industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Sell to multi-family and automotive markets in an assigned territory.
• Develop leads and build a client base through sales to new and existing key accounts.
• Prospect potential customers to demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Present proposals and close deals with clients.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts and relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of outside sales experience
• Strong closing and negotiating skills
• Recent cold-calling experience
• Computer background and telephone skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 70lbs of demonstration equipment
• Goal oriented, coachable, organized, and creative
• Experience in new business sales is preferred
• Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
