About the position

The Outside Sales Representative role is focused on driving sales growth by developing and maintaining client relationships within a designated territory. The representative will utilize their sales skills to promote products and services, conduct demonstrations, and negotiate contracts, contributing to the company's objectives and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives within your assigned territory.
• Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to align strategies and share insights on market trends.
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs to help shape future offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales activities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience conducting product demos effectively to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of territory management principles and retail sales strategies.
• Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
