We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales hunter who thrives on building relationships and creating innovative solutions to win sales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by hunting for new business, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various activities such as prospecting, networking, and lead generation. You will research and analyze market trends to stay informed about industry developments and potential clients. Conducting compelling and persuasive presentations will be a key part of your role, showcasing CCS Facility Services' offerings and demonstrating how our solutions meet the needs of prospective clients. You will tailor presentations to address the unique requirements of each client and effectively articulate the value proposition. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is essential, as you will need to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. Collaboration with internal teams will ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering services to clients. You will prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and service agreements, in a clear and professional manner, and negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Setting and achieving ambitious sales targets in alignment with organizational goals will be a critical aspect of your performance, along with continuously monitoring and evaluating performance metrics to maximize results. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions will help you identify opportunities and threats, and you will provide feedback to the leadership team on market dynamics, recommending strategies for staying ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback to the leadership team on market dynamics and recommend strategies for staying ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of proven track record in outside sales hunting for new business.
  • Focus on facility management services or related industries preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of facility management services and industry trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
