As an Outside Sales Representative at Bronwick, LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue. You will be the face of our company, working closely with designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions from our extensive range of countertop products. Your ability to build relationships and close deals will directly impact your success and the success of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads through various methods such as networking, cold calling, and market research. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads is essential. You will develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and delivering value-added solutions. Conducting in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our product offerings will be a key part of your responsibilities, where you will highlight the benefits and unique features of our countertops. Negotiating and closing sales will be a significant aspect of your role, as you work closely with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts. You will also collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors will help you identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel within the designated sales territory as needed.
  • Familiarity with countertop materials (e.g., granite, quartz, marble) and fabrication processes is a plus.

Nice-to-haves
