About the position

Paradise Exteriors is seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the home improvement industry. This full-time position is commission-based, allowing you to earn up to $160,000 a year based on your sales performance. We welcome individuals with no prior sales experience, as many of our successful sales representatives have transitioned from various careers and now earn over $100,000 annually. We are looking for professional, personable, and articulate individuals who are tech-savvy and reliable. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to change your life and earn a significant income while helping homeowners improve their properties with our roofing, window, and door services. In this role, you will travel to scheduled appointments within your service area, utilizing your personal vehicle. You will not be required to engage in cold calling or door-to-door sales. Instead, you will implement the training and best practices provided during in-home appointments, explaining the benefits of our products and services to potential customers. You will use a digital slide presentation on an iPad and conduct product demonstrations to help customers understand the features and value of our offerings. Maintaining a professional company image is essential, and you will continue to learn through ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and sales performance. Requirements

• No prior sales experience required; proven experience as a sales representative is helpful but not necessary.

• Ability to use basic modern technology, including email, text messaging, and an iPad (training provided).
• Reliable and able to travel frequently by car within the service area using a personal vehicle.
