Join Our Team as a Field Sales Representative at KnockStar Solutions, where you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission with the potential to achieve a six-digit income, with an average earning of $92K annually on target. As a Field Sales Representative, you will serve as a brand ambassador, driving door-to-door sales for our client's TV, Internet, and Mobility services in residential neighborhoods. This role requires a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for achieving goals. You will be responsible for visiting residential customers face-to-face to promote and sell best-in-class services, utilizing a client-provided territory lead list to market products and drive sales. Your ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions to enhance their lifestyle will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with your team weekly to strategize, innovate, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results. You will also utilize a field CRM system to manage leads and maintain your sales funnel. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Door-to-door sales experience is an asset.
  • Experience with sales teams specializing in residential market penetration is advantageous.
  • Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, and achieve goals.
  • Motivated by uncapped commission and rewards.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
  • Full-time availability: Tuesday to Friday, 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm for maximum customer contact.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in all weather conditions.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
