The Outside Sales Representative at '58 Foundations is a full-time role focused on providing high-quality basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and mold remediation solutions. The position involves performing in-home inspections, diagnosing issues, and presenting solutions to customers, all while ensuring a five-star customer service experience. The role is integral to the company's commitment to employee and customer satisfaction, emphasizing teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home inspections and diagnose basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and/or crawlspace issues.
• Create, present, and explain solutions to customers.
• Secure agreement while in the customer's home.
• Partner with Production and Field Ops teams to help drive projects to completion.
• Focus on providing a Five-Star customer service experience throughout all client interactions.

Requirements

• Sales experience in construction, home improvement, or home services.
• Strong in-home sales experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive and outgoing attitude.
• Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
