About the position

Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a leading material handling equipment provider in Michigan who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for a B2B Outside Sales Representative career who are ready to start immediately. The ideal candidate will be able to aggressively identify and develop new accounts, grow the current customer base, and provide dedicated customer service and product support. This role is crucial for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in a competitive market. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing both new and existing accounts with a customer-centric approach to territory management. You will identify and qualify new sales opportunities, developing business in your assigned territory. The sales focus will be on the forklift product line, including Toyota equipment, attachments, and accessories, as well as offering rentals, services, and ancillary products. Your role will also involve providing dedicated customer service and product support to ensure customer satisfaction, which is paramount in this position. The position requires travel throughout the sales territory, where you will interact daily with customers, fostering relationships and understanding their needs. Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing accounts with a customer-centric approach to territory management.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a history of exceeding sales quotas and being a top performer.
  • Have experience in B2B sales, with industrial sales experience being a plus.
  • Show understanding of customer-centric account management and be effective in managing multiple accounts.
  • Be proficient with Windows-based PC programs, demonstrating technological competency.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree, which is preferred.
