You will achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads, using marketing tools to drive business development. Conducting inspections of commercial properties and making informed recommendations based on your findings will be key responsibilities in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Understand Orkin's products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
  • Make strategic recommendations to new and existing businesses to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
  • Solve problems and build trusted relationships with clients as an essential partner for their business.
  • Serve as a problem solver for commercial clients by utilizing in-depth training to decide on the best pest solution for each customer's needs.
  • Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
  • Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
  • Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of clients' commercial properties.
  • Make recommendations to clients based on inspections and address any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
  • Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.

  • Experience in customer service or client relations.
  • Familiarity with pest management services or related industries.
