As an Outside Sales Representative at Install America, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners through company-generated sales leads, fostering client relationships, and promoting products or services to drive sales growth. Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers
• Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management techniques
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
• Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
• Generate leads through referrals and previous customers and maintain a well-managed sales pipeline
• Efficiently manage assigned territories to maximize sales potential

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales roles
• Ability to conduct compelling product demos and presentations
• Account management skills to nurture client relationships
• Proficiency in understanding customer needs
• Skilled in upselling techniques to drive additional revenue
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for engaging with a wider customer base
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation is beneficial
