About the position

FHIA Remodeling is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading home remodeling company in Florida, where you can earn between $150,000 to over $400,000 per year through uncapped commissions and bonuses. We provide all leads, so you won't have to worry about cold calling or door knocking. Instead, you will have 2 to 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments each day, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling. No prior experience is required, as we will provide you with the necessary training to excel in this role. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering interactive sales presentations to decision-makers in their homes. You will apply consistent effort and maintain a positive attitude to meet your sales goals and quotas. Your responsibilities will include setting individual sales targets, tracking your sales goals, promoting our products and services, and developing, presenting, and negotiating sales contracts. This position requires flexibility, as you may need to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules. Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products and services to decision makers at their homes.
  • Apply consistent effort and maintain a great attitude to meet planned sales goals and quotas.
  • Set individual sales targets and track sales goals, reporting results regularly.
  • Promote company products and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts with clients.
  • Work a full schedule, including flexibility for weekend and holiday appointments.

Requirements

  • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
  • Own vehicle with a valid driver's license.
  • In-home sales or business-to-consumer sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in windows and doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, or HVAC sales is a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals without requiring close supervision.
  • Criminal background checks are mandatory.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in HVAC sales is preferred.
  • Previous experience in home remodeling sales is a plus.
