About The Position
Sales Focus Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team, representing Constellation Energy, a Fortune 200 energy company. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with business owners and decision-makers, offering them industry-leading energy products and rates through fixed-rate contracts. Your primary goal will be to provide potential clients with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their energy providers, while also reviewing their utility bills to identify opportunities for more affordable and cleaner energy solutions. In this full-time position, you will have the freedom to work outside of the office, utilizing a go-getter, hunter mentality to maximize your earnings potential. With a base pay and uncapped commission structure, your success is directly tied to your efforts in driving sales and establishing connections with prospects. This role offers a flexible Monday through Friday work schedule, typically consisting of 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training both virtually and in the field, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in this exciting sales environment.
