About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to effectively demonstrate our products to potential customers. This job is commission-based only, with a very competitive commission-based salary for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Engage in cold calling to identify and connect with potential customers.
• Manage existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and customer service.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct sales or retail sales; experience in inside sales is a plus.
• Strong skills in product demos, cold calling, and upselling techniques.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in the field.
