As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and securing new customers for a variety of products including uniforms, linen, first aid supplies, floor mats, restroom supplies, and facility rental services. Each sales consultant is assigned a specific territory with ample prospects to ensure success in meeting sales goals. In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the General Manager of the Alsco facility. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed a sales quota of $130,000 overall and $80,000 for the Target Market, which includes Industrial, Automotive, Healthcare, and Facility Service customers. You will utilize various methods such as cold-calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and lead qualification to identify and motivate targeted prospects. Maintaining an active sales funnel using the company CRM is essential, as is quickly contacting leads generated through Alsco's investments in SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies. You will also participate in company promotions, contests, meetings, and training sessions, while adhering to company sales policies and procedures. Building strong relationships with customers, managing their needs, and ensuring a smooth transition for new clients will be key components of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle, maintaining its cleanliness, and ensuring regular maintenance. Attendance at trade shows and marketing events may also be required, along with monitoring competitor activity in your territory.
