About the position

Ohio Basement Systems, A Groundworks Company, is seeking talented Outside Sales Representatives, also known as Certified Field Inspectors (CFIs), to join their team in the Twinsburg, Ohio area. CFIs are integral to the success of our organization, partnering with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through our foundation repair and water management services. This role is pivotal in ensuring that homeowners receive the best possible service and solutions for their needs. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will travel within your sales territory to conduct in-home inspections, utilizing warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business. You will be responsible for diagnosing and educating homeowners on the issues they face in their homes, providing them with various solution options. Additionally, you will estimate repairs and present generated job proposals to homeowners, ultimately closing sales during in-home visits. Maintaining relationships with customers while tracking your sales lead pipeline is also a key aspect of this role. The position offers an industry-leading commission program with no cap on earnings, with average annual earning potential ranging from $200,000 to $300,000. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus
  • Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus
  • An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction
