About the position

As an Outside Sales Representative at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. This role allows you to manage and grow your own territory, supported by comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering that enables you to excel in the field every day. Uline is experiencing continuous growth, which translates into new career opportunities and job stability that you can rely on. You will have the flexibility to work from anywhere within your sales territory, with regular visits to your Uline Branch or Sales Office to foster collaboration and support. Your journey begins with an extensive training program that spans four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship initiative. This is complemented by weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are well-equipped to succeed. As the “CEO” of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have the opportunity to explore new markets. You will also have the autonomy to design your workday, balancing time spent in the office with face-to-face customer visits, all while keeping work-life balance in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within your territory.
  • Bring in new business opportunities.
  • Provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations.
  • Deliver legendary customer service with the support of the sales team.
  • Plan and execute face-to-face customer visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous sales experience is mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license with a great driving record.
  • Experience in Government Sales is required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
