EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand, is seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Newark Montclair, NJ. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your own sales territory by building relationships with new customers to drive business for our asphalt services. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will act as an ambassador for EverLine, embodying our DRIVEN values in every interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales targets, projecting expected volumes and profits for asphalt sales. You will maintain sales volume by staying informed about industry supply and demand levels, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Effective communication with potential customers is crucial, as you will be providing superior customer service and coordinating with management to generate leads and sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for submitting sales activity reports and updates to management, ensuring that all records for leads and customers are clean and up to date. You will survey jobs to provide estimates and engage in business-to-business interactions to promote our services and provide proposals. Utilizing your previous sales experience, you will create connections and generate leads while adhering to company policies, procedures, and our DRIVEN values to accurately represent the company. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure.
