About the position

Statewide Remodeling, a division of Renuity, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join our team as we expand in Ft. Smith, AR. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in sales. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will receive comprehensive training on our product lines and develop the skills necessary to deliver engaging presentations. Our training program is designed to refine your communication and negotiation skills, ensuring you excel in your role. You will not need to generate your own leads, as our marketing teams will provide you with pre-qualified leads, allowing you to focus on building relationships with prospective and existing customers. In this full-time, W-2 position, you will have the potential to earn between $150,000 to $250,000 annually, with top performers making upwards of $350,000. The role involves working closely with leadership and mentors to achieve sales milestones, promoting our products and services, and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be expected to work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays, to meet the demands of your clients and maximize your earnings. Responsibilities

  • Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
  • Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
  • Promote company products and services
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience
  • Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales is a plus
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  • Approachable demeanor
  • Own a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license
  • Criminal background checks
