We are looking for highly motivated, friendly, and outgoing professionals to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative! This role is perfect for individuals who are excited about helping people repair their homes, specifically their foundations, which is often the largest asset they own. At Olshan Foundation Solutions, we have been a leader in the foundation repair industry since 1933, dedicated to improving the lives of families by providing expert foundation repair services. Our team is family-oriented, values integrity, and is committed to continuous improvement. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary of $100,000+ a year, with uncapped commission and various incentive opportunities, including yearly company-paid vacation trips. In this position, you will not be required to make cold calls; instead, you will be provided with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments. After completing a comprehensive four-week paid training program, you will learn how to evaluate properties and develop repair plans for foundation issues. Your typical day will involve inspecting homes that require foundation repair or related work, and you will be compensated bi-weekly with the potential to earn significantly more through commission. We are looking for candidates who possess a strong desire to succeed and are eager to make a difference in people's lives through our services.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect homes that need foundation repair or related work.
  • Evaluate properties and develop repair plans for foundation issues.
  • Attend pre-set, pre-qualified appointments scheduled for you.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with clients.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in business-to-consumer (B to C) sales.
  • One call close experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Favorable driving record and background check.
