Mad City Windows and Baths is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will spend time with customers in their homes to assess their home improvement needs, focusing on our specialties in replacement windows and doors, bathroom remodeling, and kitchen cabinet refacing. The position offers a competitive compensation structure, with average annual earnings ranging from $140,000 to $280,000, and top performers earning upwards of $450,000. This is a Base + Commission + Bonus position, with uncapped commissions and all leads provided to you, eliminating the need for cold calling or door knocking. You will have 2 to 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments each day, allowing you to focus on closing sales and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers in their homes to assess their home improvement needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Utilize provided leads to schedule and conduct sales appointments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Work evening and Saturday appointments as needed.

Requirements

  • In-home sales or business-to-consumer sales experience.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision.
