About the position

The Outside Sales Representative is a field-based sales position responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships within a designated territory in the San Francisco area. This role involves executing sales plans, managing inventory, and ensuring product freshness while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with customers while increasing business by selling and ordering products.
• Sell incremental displays and ensure proper pricing and timely execution of sales plans.
• Execute and close all sales calls for assigned routes and conduct regular sales calls.
• Assess product rotation on shelves and in back rooms to maximize product freshness.
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Handle product breakage returns and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 3 to 4 years of specific experience.
• Ability to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds when necessary.
• Reliable automobile transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage as per company and state law.
