Remodel USA, a leading home improvement company with nearly 30 years of experience, is actively seeking dynamic Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will engage with customers during pre-set qualified appointments, playing a crucial role in driving our record-breaking growth and building on our stellar performance in 2023. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to make a significant impact in a thriving company. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting customers' homes for pre-set appointments and providing in-home consultations for our kitchen, bath, or window products. You will provide detailed product information, highlighting benefits and features tailored to the customer's requirements. Your sales expertise will be essential in navigating conversations and closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to achieve monthly sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the company, contributing to both your success and the overall success of Remodel USA. We offer a comprehensive 4-week paid training program that covers all the fundamentals for success, allowing you to sell during training and earn full commission on sales. Representatives typically close 2-5 jobs during this period, setting the stage for a lucrative career. With preset qualified leads provided, you will not need to engage in door knocking or cold calling, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling. This is a 100% full commission role, giving you the ability to maximize your earnings, with representatives typically earning between $100,000 and $250,000 annually. Additionally, we provide full health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, along with a $3000 sign-on bonus to kickstart your journey with us.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes for pre-set appointments and provide in-home consultations for kitchen, bath, or window products.
• Provide detailed product information, highlighting benefits and features tailored to the customer's requirements.
• Use sales expertise to navigate conversations and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the company.

Requirements

• Passion and drive to succeed in a sales environment.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged.
• Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a full-commission role.
• Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot.
• Technological proficiency in using an iPad.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
