In this position, you will be responsible for prospecting and conducting face-to-face cold calls to enroll new members. You will utilize NFIB's proven sales presentation to engage small business owners, build rapport, and effectively close sales. The role requires a results-focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with typical first-year earnings ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, and the potential for uncapped earnings based on commission. NFIB also offers three weeks of training pay, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a matching 401k plan.
