About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. This part-time role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities within a designated territory. The Outside Sales Representative will develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers. In this position, you will utilize market research to identify new sales opportunities and expand our customer base. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings to potential customers, ensuring that you build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty. The role requires you to identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means, while developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets. Additionally, you will utilize your sales management skills to track and manage sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize sales results. Collaboration with other sales and marketing professionals is essential to stay up-to-date on product developments and market trends. The position also involves traveling to customer sites and attending industry events to expand your network and generate new sales leads.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a focus on outside sales and direct sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience with product demos and technical sales.
  • Familiarity with the retail sales process and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Territory sales experience, with a focus on driving revenue growth through new sales opportunities.
