As an Outside Sales Representative at PrideStaff, you will play a crucial role in generating sales of fence and rail products, contributing to the overall revenue, gross profit, and net profit of the business. This position is based in Spring, TX, and offers a competitive compensation structure that includes a base hourly rate plus commission on sales. The average sale amount is approximately $5,000, with a commission rate of 2% on each sale. For those who prefer a commission-only compensation structure, there is an option to earn 6% commission on sales without a base salary. The potential income for this role can reach up to $100,000 per year, depending on sales performance. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and expanding the existing client base. This involves making both phone calls and in-person sales calls to generate orders from prospects, targets, and clients. The company provides leads, with the majority being warm leads, and the expectation is to close two out of four leads each day. You will also be provided with a vehicle and a gas card to facilitate your sales activities. While experience in fence construction is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with high energy, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills, capable of exercising independent judgment and multitasking effectively.
