About the position

The Outside Sales Representative is a vital role within Siddons Martin Emergency Group LLC, responsible for overseeing the sale of products and services from inception to completion. This position requires a proactive approach to generating leads and achieving sales goals. The representative will engage in sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiate contracts with potential clients. As the primary point of contact for customers, the representative must ensure that customer needs and expectations are met effectively. Key responsibilities include maintaining and expanding key customer accounts, building and nurturing relationships with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities. The representative will recommend product opportunities and suggest changes in product, packaging, and services based on consumer needs and market trends. Staying informed about competitors and industry developments is crucial, and the representative is expected to update their job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional publications. The role also involves utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for daily activities and reporting, attending trade shows as required, and scheduling stock units for demonstrations within the assigned territory. The representative will work towards achieving sales and organizational goals by maintaining unit, revenue, and profit targets while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
