Responsibilities

• Generate sales using company-provided leads from various sources including web leads, direct mail responses, and in-person seminars.
• Engage with clients to assist them in pre-need planning and provide peace of mind through end-of-life planning services.
• Participate in weekly sales and marketing strategy workshops to enhance sales skills and techniques.
• Complete the SCI Direct Certification Level Training Program for career development and potential rewards.
• Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Desire to make money while helping people.
• Strong telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience in outside sales, preferably 1 year.
• Experience in direct sales, preferably 1 year.
• Experience in insurance sales, preferably 1 year.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
