About the position

The position involves exploring new business opportunities and prospects, which includes making contact with potential clients within a designated territory. The individual will represent ISCO within the industry, trade, or professional associations to develop and promote positive relationships. Researching solutions using available sales tools to address the needs of prospects and customers is a key responsibility. The successful candidate will communicate the value of ISCO products and services through various interactions with potential clients, ensuring that the benefits of the offerings are clearly articulated. In addition to prospecting, the role focuses on developing accounts and building customer relationships. This may involve forming alliances and partnerships with customers to maximize revenue opportunities. Improving customer satisfaction and fostering positive business relationships is essential. The candidate will prepare sales information and quotes for customers, conduct market analysis, and manage sales expenses for management review. Engaging in the collection of receivables as necessary is also part of the job. Coordination of all sales efforts is crucial, which includes preparation for direct prospect interactions and collaboration with customer service associates. Activities may include researching, preparing presentations and reports, and attending sales meetings. The individual will be responsible for making decisions and negotiating pricing for various sales efforts, as well as performing other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Responsibilities
