Responsibilities

• Maintain and identify new sales opportunities within prospective and existing accounts.
• Make sales calls to develop and maintain solid customer relationships to increase and satisfy customer needs.
• Build positive relationships with strategic customers to create long-term value and new business opportunities.
• Identify new leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
• Monitor sales volumes, distribution margins, and related measurements.
• Regularly interact and communicate with various internal departments to provide vital information necessary for servicing the customer.
• Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and professional interactive skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple initiatives.
• Demonstrate exceptional work habits, including punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance.
• Goal-driven with strong organizational and administrative skills for self-management.
• Willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
