In this role, you will connect people and communities by offering best-in-class telecommunication services through door-to-door solicitation of new prospective customers. You will actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new residential customers through direct contact from assigned leads. This will involve conducting proactive consultative needs analyses with new prospective customers, developing and presenting sales presentations and proposals on products and services that meet their needs. You will be responsible for accurately completing all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines. This includes dispositioning, entering sales orders, and reporting on sales. You will support team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and training programs as assigned, and you will be expected to achieve monthly sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales. Additionally, you will complete all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance with department practices, policies, and procedures. Staying well-informed about competitors' activities in your assigned territory is crucial, as you will need to inform your manager of any changing competitive pricing programs, marketing directives, or door-to-door sales tactics. You will also be required to attend and successfully complete training programs, and perform other duties as requested by your supervisor.
