The Outside Sales Representative position is a dynamic role focused on generating and securing sales of building materials with both new and existing customers. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment, offering uncapped earning potential based on sales performance. The representative will be responsible for promoting the company's products, facilitating customer product selection, and ensuring that existing accounts receive the necessary custom products and information to meet their needs. In this role, the representative will prepare and communicate price quotations, sale terms, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers and contractors. They will also estimate materials based on blueprints provided by clients, resolve any customer complaints or issues, and assist in the collection of accounts receivable. Participation in training sessions is required to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. The role may also involve other assigned duties as necessary to support the sales team and company objectives.
