You will be expected to generate new business by meeting potential customers and providing them with tailored solutions to their pest problems. Responsibilities

  • Inspect and identify pest infestations and conditions conducive to infestations.
  • Engage with customers to generate new business and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Complete training modules and on-the-job training to gain product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Handle delinquent accounts with grace and effectiveness.
  • Participate in community involvement and volunteer initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school education or GED.
  • Valid driver's license from current state of residence.
  • Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Related experience and/or training in sales is preferred.
  • Basic math skills for following product label instructions.

  • Experience in pest control or related industries.
  • Leadership experience in community or previous roles.
