About the position

As an Outside Sales Representative at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. This role allows you to manage and grow your own territory, supported by comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering that empowers you to succeed in the field every day. You will have the flexibility to be based anywhere within your sales territory, with regular visits to your Uline Branch or Sales Office to foster collaboration and support. Your journey begins with an extensive training program that spans four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship initiative. This is complemented by weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are well-equipped to excel. As the CEO of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries, with opportunities to explore new markets. You will have the autonomy to design your day, balancing time spent in the office with face-to-face customer visits, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, leveraging our catalog of over 40,000 quality products to make tailored recommendations. Delivering legendary customer service is paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales support team to help you achieve this goal.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Presentation skills.
