About the position

The Outside Sales Representative at Haven Business Group is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This role involves in-person meetings with business owners and key decision-makers within a dedicated territory, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales in our CRM.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses through networking and community involvement.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
  • Support team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and training programs as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
  • A minimum of 4 years successful work history in customer service, sales, training, or leadership.
