About the position

AFS, A Groundworks Company, is seeking talented Outside Sales Representatives, also known as Certified Field Inspectors (CFIs), to join their team in the Mobile, AL area. As a CFI, you will be a powerhouse of our organization, playing an integral role in the success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through our foundation repair and water management services. In this role, you will travel within your sales territory to conduct in-home inspections, utilizing warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business. You will diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their homes, providing them with various solution options. Additionally, you will estimate the repairs needed and present homeowners with generated job proposals. Closing sales with customers in their homes and maintaining relationships while tracking your sales lead pipeline will be key components of your responsibilities. The position offers an industry-leading commission program with no cap on earnings, with an average annual earning potential of $200,000 to $300,000. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus
  • Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus
  • An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction
