Spectrum is evolving its broadband business, and as part of this transformation, we are seeking a Residential Connectivity Outside Sales Specialist. This role is pivotal in connecting our communities with essential services, including Spectrum Internet®, TV, mobile, and voice services. As a member of our newly formed Residential Connectivity Sales team, you will be responsible for door-to-door solicitation of new prospective customers, helping to power millions of gig-enabled households across our 41-state footprint. In this position, you will be expected to embody a strong work ethic, authenticity, and a goal-oriented mindset. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive you to achieve your financial and career goals while providing exceptional customer experiences. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, working during evenings and weekends when customers are most available. This independence allows you to own your day and your career, with the potential for uncapped earnings based on your efforts. As a Residential Connectivity Sales Specialist, you will conduct proactive consultative needs analyses, develop and present tailored sales proposals, and maintain accurate records of your sales activities. You will also stay informed about competitors' activities in your assigned territory and participate actively in team meetings and training programs.
