As an Equipment Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling John Bean products within a defined territory, targeting general service automotive repair facilities, automotive dealerships, and collision centers. John Bean is known for pioneering 3D imaging wheel alignment technology and offers a wide variety of products including wheel balancers, tire changers, vehicle lifts, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) calibration technology. The role requires a commitment to providing the best products to demanding customers, ensuring maximum accuracy and ease of use. The position involves demonstrating subject matter expertise related to Snap-on equipment, generating sales, preparing proposals, conducting location surveys, and building a healthy pipeline of prospective customers through cold calls and proactive canvassing. You will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, collaborate with field service team members, facilitate customer training and demonstrations, and analyze territory potential while tracking sales and generating reports for management.
