Your journey with Uline begins with a comprehensive training program that spans four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program. This is complemented by weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure your success from the start. As the “CEO” of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have opportunities to explore new markets. You will also have the autonomy to design your day, balancing time spent in the office with face-to-face customer visits, all while maintaining a work-life balance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, utilizing our extensive catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service will be paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales team to achieve this goal.
