This position is not remote; the working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role offers a base pay of $21.50 per hour, with the potential for additional earnings through a 1% commission on sales. There are also opportunities for overtime and various incentives based on performance. Steel-toed boots are mandatory for this position, as the role involves visiting job sites and contractor offices. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process is crucial, as is collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful implementation of solutions. You will be required to visit customer job sites and contractor offices regularly, conduct research on prospects, and create quotes and contracts to facilitate sales. A company truck will be provided for your use, along with fuel, a company phone, and a laptop to assist you in your duties.
