As an Outside Sales Representative at Uline, you will be at the forefront of our sales culture, which is built on strong customer relationships founded on trust. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage your sales territory, leveraging the best training, tools, and product offerings available to ensure your success in the field. You will have the flexibility to be based anywhere within your sales territory, with regular visits to your local Uline Branch or Sales Office. Your journey with Uline will begin with an extensive training program that spans four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program. This will be complemented by weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are well-equipped to excel in your role. As the “CEO” of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have opportunities to explore new markets. You will also have the autonomy to design your workday, balancing time spent in the office with face-to-face customer visits, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, utilizing our extensive catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service will be paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales support team to help you achieve this goal.
