About the position

The Outside Sales Representative at Window Nation is responsible for conducting in-home sales presentations for a variety of home improvement products and services. This role emphasizes personal and professional growth, aiming to provide an exceptional customer experience while managing pre-qualified leads in a one-call-close environment. The representative will act as a liaison between customers and the company's post-sale division, ensuring clear communication regarding project details and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations of home improvement products and services.
• Manage pre-qualified leads in a one-call-close environment.
• Listen to customers and provide options that align with their home improvement needs.
• Maintain CRM records and customer-related documentation.
• Ensure customers understand all aspects of their home improvement projects, including pricing and lead times.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer and the post-sale division for financing and contract matters.
• Stay current on industry trends, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years selling in a customer-facing retail sales environment.
• Valid Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ years of experience in outside sales, commissioned sales, in-home sales, or related field.
• Capability to navigate various applications on an iPad.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-pressure, fast-growth retail environment.
