As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining relationships with our commercial clients. You will need to have a thorough knowledge of our products and services to educate potential customers on their value and necessity. Your role will involve conducting outside sales activities to generate new business and expand our customer base, producing leads through door-to-door efforts and referrals, and persuading potential customers to purchase our services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and regular communication will be key to your success in this role. This position requires a Monday-Saturday work schedule with early evening availability, and you will be expected to meet and exceed sales quotas. The successful candidate will be disciplined, hardworking, honest, dependable, a team player with a positive attitude, and possess strong speaking and listening skills. The compensation structure includes a base salary plus bonuses, with the potential to earn $6,000-$10,000+ per month based on performance.
