About the position

The Outside Sales Representative will be a key member of the Granite Garage Floors team, focusing on promoting and selling epoxy flooring solutions. This role requires a self-motivated and hardworking individual who can effectively educate customers about the company's products and services while generating leads and maintaining customer relationships. The position offers a commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earnings potential, along with a supportive training environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the benefits of our epoxy flooring system and products.
• Prospect for qualified leads through self-generation and referrals.
• Make calls to potential customers and run company-provided leads.
• Estimate jobs and update all records in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with clients.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License is preferred.
• Experience in technical sales is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work 30-50 hours per week and be available to answer calls at all times.
