About the position

Groundworks Tulsa OK, a Groundworks Company, is seeking talented Outside Sales Representatives, also known as Certified Field Inspectors (CFIs), to join their team in the Tulsa, OK area. CFIs are integral to our business's success, partnering with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through our foundation repair and water management services. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and solutions for their home repair needs. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will travel within your sales territory to conduct in-home inspections, utilizing warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business. You will diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their homes, providing them with various solution options. Your responsibilities will also include estimating repairs and generating job proposals for homeowners, closing sales directly in their homes, and maintaining relationships with customers while tracking your sales lead pipeline. This position offers an industry-leading commission program with no cap on earnings, allowing for average annual earnings between $200,000 and $300,000. Responsibilities

  • Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
  • Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business

  • Close sales with customers in the home

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus
  • Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus
  • An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction
