About The Position
Sales Focus Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team, representing Constellation Energy, a Fortune 200 company and the nation's largest producer of reliable, clean, carbon-free energy. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with prospects face-to-face in a B2B sales setting. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to take control of your earnings potential with a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions, allowing you to maximize your income based on your performance. In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with business owners within your designated territory, meeting decision-makers, and building strong relationships while offering industry-leading energy products and rates through fixed-rate contracts. You will provide essential information to help prospects make informed decisions about their energy providers, review utility bills to identify opportunities for more affordable and cleaner energy solutions, and adopt a dynamic, results-driven approach to drive sales outside of the office environment. This is a full-time role that offers a flexible Monday to Friday work schedule, typically consisting of 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training both virtually and in the field, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this exciting sales position.
