About the position

As an Outside Sales Representative at Uline, you will be at the forefront of our sales culture, which is built on strong customer relationships founded on trust. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow your territory, which can be based anywhere within your assigned area, while regularly visiting your Uline Branch or Sales Office. Uline is committed to your success from the start, providing you with four weeks of comprehensive training followed by a 12-week mentorship program. This program includes weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are well-equipped to excel in your role. In this position, you will act as the 'CEO' of your territory, managing accounts across various industries and having the opportunity to explore new markets. You will have the flexibility to design your day, spending assigned days in the office with your peers to plan face-to-face customer visits, all while maintaining a work-life balance. Your role will involve providing effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, utilizing our extensive catalog of over 40,000 quality products to meet customer needs. Delivering legendary customer service will be paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales support team to help you achieve this goal.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within your territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but thorough training will be provided.
  • Valid driver's license and a great driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in outside sales or account management.
