About The Position
As an Outside Sales Representative with FCX Performance, you will be an integral part of our team, selling RL Stone products, which include Steam Specialties, HVAC Air Handlers, Heat Exchangers, Boilers, Pumps & Hot Water Heaters, and Instrumentation and Controls. This role requires you to act as a consultative business partner to our customers, helping them identify their current and future needs. You will be expected to leverage your expertise to provide solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert in the application of our products. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients will be crucial in retaining customers and developing new business opportunities. In this position, you will be responsible for managing your sales territory strategically and effectively. This includes conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops, as well as organizing lunch & learns to educate clients about our offerings. You will need to maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting, generating relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly and annual basis, as well as on an as-needed basis. Additionally, you will play a key role in helping to set sales target goals and marketing strategies, ensuring that our approach aligns with the overall business objectives.
