About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Your primary focus will be on utilizing your business development skills to identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting. You will also track leads, manage customer relationships, and monitor sales performance to ensure that you meet or exceed monthly sales targets. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Effective communication with managerial staff is essential, as you will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to remain competitive in the market. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can leverage your skills to drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, strong business development skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in account management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
